1. What Are Your Prices?

Every company we come across has a unique problem to solve and an equally unique solution to be executed to meet their demands. As is the case, almost no costs between two of our clients are ever the same. Depending on the type of business you have, you may need more attention and assistance in content creation. Or perhaps due to your type of business, having more emails connecting to your clients is more important than an active daily presence on social media.


Each costs are different, as is each business we meet.


2. What Are Your Billing Periods?

Our dates for billing are sent out at the end of each month. You will receive a numbered invoice along with your monthly analytical report detailing the previous months trends and statistics across your different online channels.


3. How Can You Benefit My Business?

The most obvious ways we benefit businesses is by managing their online presence through different networks and channels. Some of these include:

a) Managing their Social Media (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn)

b) Email Marketing; Staying in touch with their customers through email.

Emails have been around for quite some time now, and even better now we have the ability to keep in touch with your clients and potential customers through exciting news and special offers exclusively available only to your subscribers.

c) Maintaining customer loyalty by promptly responding to questions or concerns.

Another way we benefit your business is by promptly responding to any questions directly sent to your social networks such as your Facebook page. Some customers may have questions about what kind of services you offer (if you offer halal options for your restaurant), or they may have a complaint. It's difficult to gauge how much exactly you will receive on your return on investment with us. And in this way we mean direct return on investment, real dollars going back into your pocket from customers buying from you for hiring us for our marketing services. Any account with us has never been an overnight success. However, every time, we guarantee that our clients can be assured they are receiving their money's worth through numerous ways and by sticking with a detailed marketing plan we've curtailed specifically to your needs, you can be rest assured there's a return on investment (ROI) to be made.

5. What is Your Process when Starting with a New Client?

First we need to assess your current online presence; where you might be doing well, and where you might be wasting your resources and what things you are doing or posting online may even be hurting your business.

Next, we'll come up with a marketing strategy that is specifically curtailed to your needs, so that you're spending the most efficient amount of money for the best results possible to target your real potential customer and client base.

We don't stop there though. At the end of each month we will send you a detailed monthly report, specifying down to the numbers what went well and what areas of your business we have an opportunity to try something new. For instance, although we started seeing positive numbers in most categories for our client below, we noticed there was a dramatic drop in Check-In's (on Facebook you can create a check-in as your status, linking the business page for all their friends to see what they are up to). Because of this we came up with a few ways we could increase more check-ins for our client and saw a dramatic increase the following month.
